Accepting Scholarship Applications
We offer scholarships to high school seniors that will be attending a college or trade school. All applicants must have a Telcoe membership first to be able to apply. It is easy to become a member with a savings deposit of at least $5.

The Annual Meeting will be held both virtually and in person at our main office -- 820 S Louisiana St Ste 100 Little Rock AR 72201 on Tuesday January 20th, 2026 at 9:00 am. with an estimated completion time of 9:20 am. Register your attendance by calling our office.

Helpful Reminders
- You can now make your Telcoe loan payment by using our payment portal. You can pay for FREE via ACH from your bank checking account.
- Make a deposit to avoid account dormancy fees. A regular share savings account is considered dormant if you have no activity after 2 years. A Telcoe checking account is dormant if you have no activity after 60 days. You can phone our office to make a small $5-$25 deposit over the phone with a debit card.
- Annual fees for safe deposit boxes are debited each year on January 1 from your Telcoe savings account.
- Membership with Telcoe is open to anyone working or living in Arkansas. Ask how your family and friends can join for FREE. It's easy.
- Telcoe members receive discounted SILVER DOLLAR CITY tickets. Simply call our office and ask for the DISCOUNT CODE.
- Paper statement fee-$3 is charged if you elect paper statements. You can avoid this fee if you opt in for free E-statements. Primary members aged 69 or older, those with an account balance over $5,000, or have a Telcoe loan will not be assessed a fee.
