If one or more of your Telcoe cards have been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. For fast response and security to your account, please notify us by phone, not mail.
If you have a lost/stolen Telcoe FCU debit card, please report it immediately to card services at 1-888-297-3416, 24 hours a day. You may contact Telcoe Federal toll-free at 1-800-482-9009 during normal business hours.
After Hours Risk Management – Debit Card
If you see a missed call from 1-800-237-8990, our after hours risk management team is trying to reach you regarding potentially suspicious activity on your account.
You may also recieve a text message from 96923 to verify activity as well as an email. Please respond to the phone number, text, or email regarding the transactions. If you select that the transactions are fraudulent, you will be asked to contact a fraud number directly at 855-293-2456. You do need to speak with a representative after confirming fraud to go over individual transactions. If you accidentally select fraud, you may also contact that number to clear up the misunderstanding.
It is important that you respond to all fraud alerts withing 24-36 hours. Please ensure that we have correct and adequate contact information on file fo you.
If you have a Telcoe Federal Mastercard® credit card that's been lost or stolen, please report it immediately, 24 hours a day, to 1-800-449-7728.

If your Prepaid Visa® has been lost or stolen, please contact MAP Prepaid services at 1-866-906-4170.
