Just like the name implies, Telcoe's 24-Hour Telephone Teller gives members access to their credit union 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Members can use the 24-Hour Telephone Teller to get answers to basic questions about their account, and initiate a wide array of transactions, including:

Obtain checking account balance
Obtain payoff amount on loan
Review cleared checks
Transfer funds among accounts
Disburse checks from your accounts

Instructions for 24-Hour Telephone Teller:

One:

 Dial Telephone Teller at (501)375-2648 or (800)368-2648

Two:

 When asked, press 1# to activate Telephone Teller

Three:

 When asked, enter your member number and #

Four:

 When asked, enter your 4-Digit Security Code and #
