FHA Title 1 Loan:

Making occasional home improvements is rewarding and wise. You can get started on those all-important repairs or improvements without worrying about how much equity you have accrued with a FHA Title 1 Loan. Members can finance 100% of the written estimate and the associated closing fees up to $25,000 (loan funds do not cover previous work or work already under construction).

Finance from one to fifteen years period of repayment with a 1/2% origination fee on ten years and 1% origination fee on fifteen. A property inspection is required within six months after the loan is disbursed for all loans over $7,500. Inspection costs $50. Title search fee $150.
