An ATM Card from Telcoe gives members convenient access to their
account almost any time from almost anywhere in the world. Members
that live in areas removed from a Telcoe branch can use their ATM
card to obtain cash, and at some ATM machines, even make deposits.
Cash withdrawals can be made at any Telcoe Federal Credit Union
ATM machine and any other ATM machine around the world displaying
any of the following logos: EXPRESS, CU24, MPACT, EXCHANGE or CIRRUS.

What that means for you is you can use any ATM displaying the CU

For members who need access to an ATM machine, but don't live or
work close to a credit union-friendly ATM, Telcoe Federal Credit
Union will reimburse the surcharge levied by other financial institutions,
up to $1 per transaction, up to five times per month.
