Important Deposit Account Disclosure Information: 
This account has a monthly service charge of $4.95. The service charge will be waived with a daily average balance of $750 or more. Bill Pay fee waived for first 30 days.  After introductory period, bill pay fee is $5.95/month. $400.00/month direct deposit required.  $25 minimum needed to open account. This account does not earn dividends.  No check writing privileges.
